Communication Requests
Event or Update Guidelines
1. Choose a communications package below and submit your request. These requests require 3 weeks before communication begins.All events will be uploaded on the website and communicated in the bulletin (ideally 4-week run), Friday emails, and pre-worship slides.
*** ALL communications are contingent on how far in advance the request is placed. The average churchgoer only attends worship ONE time a month. The further in advance a request is placed, the more likely it will get the attention you need!
Video Guidelines
1. Short announcement videos and Sunday’s TOP 3 are shot weekly on Wednesdays from 10-11am. These videos require 2 weeks of planning time.
2. All other produced videos require 6 weeks of lead time and planning.
3. Contact your ministry assistant with your idea and have them facilitate it to Chase, Brad and/or Sara to request the video.

Social Media Requests
For Church Instagram & Facebook
Please use this form to request a social media post for upcoming events, ministries, or announcements you would like shared on the church's official Instagram or Facebook pages.
Upcoming event graphics are posted weekly on Thursdays.
*All submissions must be made at least 3 weeks in advance of your desired post date to allow time for planning, design, and scheduling

Marketing & Promotional Materials Request
For Digital Ads, Signage, Print Ads, Catalogs & More
Use this form to request promotional materials to support your ministry, event, or campaign. This includes:
Digital ads (ex: Gainesville Times)
On-campus signage (banners, posters, yard signs, etc.)
Print advertisements (flyers, special bulletins or inserts, postcards, etc.)
Catalogs, brochures, or booklets
To ensure high-quality production and proper scheduling, all requests must be submitted at least 3–4 weeks in advance of your desired delivery or launch date. Larger projects like catalogs or signage may require more lead time.

Website Update Request Form
For Updates to the Church Website
Use this form to request changes, additions, or updates to the church website. This includes:
Updating existing pages (text, images, links, etc.)
Adding new events or ministry information
Uploading new resources (sermons, PDFs, forms, etc.)
Creating or removing pages
Reporting errors or broken links
Please submit requests at least 1–2 weeks in advance of when you need the update published. Complex updates or new pages may require more lead time.
