What to Expect

What service should I attend? +

We offer a variety of unique worship experiences, and no matter which service you visit or attend online, our hope is that you feel welcomed and experience God's loving presence.

Love the outdoors?

Try our Lakeside Worship (Sundays at 8:30am, April - September at Lakeside).

Love the organ and a traditional choir?

Be our guest at Classic Worship (Sundays at 8:30am (October - March) & 11am in the Sanctuary).

Love elements of both traditional and contemporary worship?

Visit Chapel Worship (Sundays at 9:30am in the Chapel).

Love the sound of a praise band?

Join us for Modern Worship (Together What If, a prerecorded service available Sundays at 9am, and in-person Sundays at 10:50am in the Great Room).

What should I wear? +

We want you to be comfortable, so dress casually. Most wear business casual clothing, some love to dress up. However you dress, you will be welcome here!

How can I stay connected to what's happening? +

You're already in the right place here on our website. You can also follow us on our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Where should I park? +

You should park depending on which service you plan to attend! As you enter our parking lot there are signs that indicate where the services are held. Our Lakeside Worship takes place on the lakeside of the church building. For this service you might want to park in the front parking lot.

Golf carts will be circulating the campus - offering you a ride to the outdoor sanctuary.

If you are planning to attend Classic Worship you might want to park in the front of the church or along the side. If you are planning to attend Chapel or Modern Worship you'll want to park in the back of the building - where you'll see signs for the MAC (Methodist Activity Center). This worship service takes place in the Great Room.

Where do I take my children? +

First Kids is designed to be a safe, welcoming, and age-appropriate environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun—while parents worship on Sundays.

11am Worship Hour Elementary-Age Children (K-5th Grade) Children begin the 11:00 service in worship with their families. We believe it’s important for kids to experience worship together and learn the rhythms of corporate worship.

During the service, children will be invited forward for a Children’s Moment led by Mrs. Mary Lina.

After the Children’s Moment, families may choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Children return to their seats and remain in worship with their family.

Option 2: Children go with Mrs. Mary Lina or Ms. Emilie to the Children’s Worship Center for Kids Worship.

During Kids Worship, children will: Sing songs, hear a Bible story, participate in an activity or craft and have lots of fun in an age-appropriate setting.

Pick-Up: Parents will pick up elementary-age children in the Children’s Lobby at the end of the worship service.

Preschool-Age Children (Birth–Pre-K) Preschool-age children will remain in their small group classrooms for the entire 11:00 service.

This time is more than childcare—children will: Sing songs, head a Bible story, play and learn in a loving, structured environment.

Drop-off and pick-up will continue as usual in the Children’s Lobby.

9:30 Hour (Chapel Service & Sunday School) If you attend the 9:30 Chapel service or a Sunday School / Small Group, children birth through 5th grade are welcome to attend Sunday School in the Children’s Area.

Children will be placed in small groups, where they will learn and build a strong foundation for their faith.

Check-In Information All children must be checked in at the Children’s Welcome Desk in the Children’s Area by an authorized adult before attending any First Kids programming.
