Senior Adults

Our Senior Adults are the backbone of our church, so we're happy to host several groups that provide enrichment and Christian fellowship to Seniors in our community. We invite you to join us in all activities; you do not have to be a member of Gainesville First to attend.

Throughout the 60 minute class we work to develop cardiovascular strength and endurance using both low impact floor and step aerobics, we also use hand held weights, body bars and elastic tubing for muscular strength and endurance development and last but certainly not least we use the balance balls to help strengthen the core and develop and maintain flexibility and balance!
