What are you doing for lunch on Wednesday? Gadabouts offers great fellowship around the table, entertaining programs and a hot, catered meal for just $5 for those 55 and over. Everyone is invited to come any week or every week! Lunch reservations are appreciated and can be made by completing the information below or by contacting Mildred Smith in the church office by Monday 12pm.

We’ll celebrate St. Francis’s love of animals with questions about the animal world - and maybe some cartoon animals as well. Bring a picture or a story of your favorite animal friend (past or present) to share around the table over lunch. Menu: Hamburger steak with grilled onions, baked potatoes with toppings, garden salad, birthday cake.
October 14
John Vencill and Erm Mueller will offer an Oktoberfest musical performance featuring festive traditional favorites like “Ein Prosit,” “In Munchen Steht Ein Hofbrauhaus,” and the classic “Beer Barrel Polka.” So come raise a glass of root beer and join this toe tapping good time! Menu: Smoked sausage with sauerkraut, warm German potato salad, Black Forest trifle cups.

Open up an old photo album and find a special picture or dust off a classic souvenir and come share memories of your favorite travel and vacation experiences. Whether you trekked across Europe, camped in a national park, or spent a great week at the beach, we’ll relive the joy of the journey as we share our stories together. No packing, ticket, or passport required! Menu: Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw, banana pudding.

Get ready for a spooktacular twist on our monthly BINGO with Halloween themed cards and candy for prizes! Wear your favorite Halloween attire (or a costume if you have it!) and come join the fun. Menu: Cheesy chicken and rice casserole, green peas, carrots, and brownies.
