Circles
Circles are small groups of women who meet monthly (except during the summer) for spiritual growth, mutual support, to study the Bible, to engage in studies of mutual interest, and to support missions. New members are always welcome. Circles are a great way to get acquainted with the UMW. The UMW at GFUMC is composed of four circles:
* The First Monday Morning Circle meets on the first Monday of each month at 10 a.m. in the Gathering Room at GFUMC.
* Mission Action meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Gathering Room at GFUMC.
* The Spiritual Growth Circle meets at members’ homes on the second Monday of each month at 10 a.m.
* The Joy Circle meets on the third Monday of each month at 11 a.m. in Room S-14 at GFUMC. 



2008 Mission Project
This year the UMW will focus on “Clean Water” as our mission project: The UMCOR Advance #525000, Clean Water and Sanitation, Nicaragua. UMCOR is working with El Porvenir using simple technology and basic materials for community construction of hand-dug wells. Join with us to help our neighbors in Nicaragua have access to clean drinking water.
