Each Sunday Morning 8:30 a.m. Lakeside worship services are one of GFUMC’s most talked about ministries. This unique time of worship in “God’s sanctuary without walls” offers a casual atmosphere for all ages. You will experience the presence of God in a unique way at the Lakeside worship service. Haven’t ever been to Lakeside? Dress casually. Bring your lawn chairs, beach towels, or sit on the wooden benches. Come, enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. Lakeside worship services will be offered Sundays, May 3 through September 27. In case of inclement weather the 8:30 a.m. service will meet in the Sanctuary. As the temperatures rise, please remember to eat a good breakfast and drink plenty of water prior to the services. It’s even a good idea to bring a water bottle with you! When arriving for Lakeside, please do not park in the fire lane designated by the yellow curbing. Only park in the designated parking spaces and not on the road or hillside.
