Care and Counseling Center of Gainesville

CCC

The Care and Counseling Center of Georgia is a nonprofit, ecumenical organization offering counseling and pastoral care to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

The Care and Counseling Center is built upon a strong foundation: a union of two established counseling programs formerly known as the Georgia association for Pastoral Care and The Verdery Center for Pastoral Care and Counseling of the Georgia Baptist Healthcare System.

Together these programs have a combined history of over 90 years in the field of Pastoral Counseling and Care; a rich history that secures our mission.

This mission is “to provide healing, wholeness, and hope and to educate others for this service,” and it is carried out through three main programs.  These are Pastoral Counseling and Psychotherapy, The Institute for Chaplaincy and Clinical Pastoral Education, and Training for Pastoral Counseling.
