We believe that children grow in faith best by learning from others - children and adults - who are themselves continuing to learn how to be faithful disciples. Children meet in age-level, self-contained classrooms where, in small groups, the stories and heritage of our faith and their application to our lives are shared. The children are led by a committed group of teachers and leaders who seek to build strong, faith-based relationships with the children. And - we have fun! Children can make videos to tell an old story in a new way, learn Bible verses through Wheel of Fortune, paint, color, write, cook, use the computer, dance, sing, act, and serve.
At GFUMC, Children experience Christ alive in our midst each and every time they come. Friends are expected and welcome!
